We always hire an experienced crew. Our crews are hired as freelance contractors and even though we are not responsible for them while on your shoot, we only send out professional, knowledgeable, and qualified crew members according to the needs of your particular shoot. Since most shoots are different, we hire different crew members tailored to your production.

Additional Crew Information
Please keep in mind, rates are subject to crew member availability and the rates do not include any travel related expenses. All crew members are hired as independent contractors and are not insured by The Video Company or RENTaCAMERA.com. We highly recommend your shoot to have a production insurance policy when hiring any crew.
Cancellation Policy
25 – 48 hours notice: 50% of estimated crew rate(s)
24 hours or less notice: 100% of estimated crew rate(s)
Fees
We can send crew ANYWHERE. Be advised additional fees based upon distance of travel may be applied. Your production is responsible for any travel fees, meals, per diem, lodging, insurance, or mileage expenses. Typically the clock starts as soon as the crew member departs his or her home. Mileage driven is reimbursed to the crew member based upon the amount of miles driven to AND from the production location multiplied times the current IRS reimbursement rate (which can be found here).
*All Crew Rates are based on a maximum of 5 hours for a HALF-day, and maximum of 10 hours for a FULL-day
*Any production over 10 hours results in overtime (1.5 x pay)
*Rates are for local shoots only within city limits
*Full travel day(s) result in half day(s) rate
